Kindness in Motion
The real Hero’s in the community!
In December 2025, **Durham Rescue Mission volunteers worked through rain and early mornings to prepare and serve their annual Christmas dinner, distributing hot meals, toys, clothes, and groceries so neighbors facing hardship could enjoy a holiday feast and smiles at no cost.
Many volunteers said seeing families leave with bikes, games, and essentials reminded them why giving back even in tough weather matters so much for the community.
